Ingredients:
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- Chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk together until the pudding mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts to the pudding mixture. Gently fold all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Once everything is mixed, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to set.
- Just before serving, fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Spoon the banana split fluff into individual serving bowls or dessert glasses.
- If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of each serving and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, fruity, and nutty flavors reminiscent of a classic banana split.
