Banana Split Fluff Recipe

Banana Split Fluff

Krista Marshall

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • Chocolate syrup and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk together until the pudding mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple, sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts to the pudding mixture. Gently fold all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
  3. Once everything is mixed, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to set.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
  5. Spoon the banana split fluff into individual serving bowls or dessert glasses.
  6. If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of each serving and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, fruity, and nutty flavors reminiscent of a classic banana split.

Note: You can customize this recipe by adding other ingredients such as chocolate chips, chopped strawberries, or even a sprinkling of graham cracker crumbs for extra texture and flavor. Feel free to get creative with your toppings and enjoy this delicious and refreshing dessert!
