Red, White and Blue Finger Jello

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of red gelatin mix
  • 1 box of blue gelatin mix
  • 1 box of unflavored gelatin
  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Water
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the red gelatin according to the instructions on the box, using half the recommended amount of water. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Spray a square or rectangular baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Pour the red gelatin mixture into the prepared baking dish, filling it about 1/3 of the way. Place the dish in the refrigerator and allow the gelatin to set for about 30 minutes or until firm.
  4. While the red gelatin is setting, prepare the unflavored gelatin according to the instructions on the box, using half the recommended amount of water. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  5. Once the red gelatin has set, pour a layer of the unflavored gelatin mixture on top of it, filling the dish another 1/3 of the way. Return the dish to the refrigerator and allow the gelatin to set for another 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Prepare the blue gelatin according to the instructions on the box, using half the recommended amount of water. Stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  7. Once the unflavored gelatin has set, pour the blue gelatin mixture on top of it, filling the dish to the top. Return the dish to the refrigerator and allow the gelatin to set for another 30 minutes or until firm.
  8. Once all the layers have set, carefully cut the finger jello into small squares or rectangles.
  9. Serve the red, white, and blue finger jello on a platter or in individual cups, and enjoy this colorful and festive treat!

Note: You can also experiment with different flavors of gelatin or add fruits like blueberries, strawberries, or whipped cream for additional flavor and decoration.
